LED Lease parking solutions

Parking garages are often the first impression of a shopping area or office building. Parking needs to be safe and clean. Lighting maintenance in a 24/7 situation is expensive and labour-intensive. Although lux requirements in parking are relatively low, a solid light plan and lux maintenance schedule is imperative.

LED Lease offers integrated and retro-fit led-solutions for garages. We guarantee a lifetime of 50.000 hours or almost 6 years and a maximum of 30% light output decay. Any broken lamps will be replaced under the lease contract to prevent dark and unsafe areas. On average, 50% of electricity savings are sufficient to pay for the led lamps in a instalment purchase contract.

LED Lease is a partner of Parking Network Netherlands and DGBC (BREEAM NL).
