LED Lease for office buildings
Lighting is of significant influence when creating a comfortable and healthy working
environment. In office work, 500 lux and a CRI of more than 80 is required, with
a minimization of glare and lux variance.
It does not always make sense to replace fluorescent lamps with led in an office.
If electronic ballasts [high frequency] are used, and usage hours are less than
50 hours per week, LED Lease will not advice to replace the tubes with led.
For new buildings, renovations and older installations, LED Lease offers a range
of professional led downlights and panels, which are being used for example in The
Pentagon (USA) and in a range of Dutch Hospitals. Additional savings can be achieved
using dimmers or motion detectors.
