LED Lease for hotels
In hallways and lobbies, where halogen spots are on 16 or 24 hours, the case for
led is clear. Total costs of electricity, replacements and maintenance can often
be reduced by more than 50%, including the instalment payment on the led lamps.
We mostly advise our customers not to apply led in guest rooms where potential savings
are relatively low due to low burning hours per day. Led generates little heat and
helps to strongly reduce cooling capacity. LED Lease partners with Green Key to
help hotels achieve their sustainability targets and get the highest possible rating.

on 500 hallway lamps. LED Lease helped us to find warm white led in integrated fixtures.
They had us test two different fixtures on light quality and their electrical effects
. The carpets on all our floors somehow look much fresher, and we measured a 1.8
degree drop in temperature.”
